Café Mew Mew

Café uniforms

The uniforms that the canon Mews wear when working at the café.

Café Mew Mew is the main base of operations for the Mews in Tokyo Mew Mew. On the outside, it appears to be a regular café, but the basement is actually filled with advanced technology that had been used to start the Mew project. The café is owned by Ryou and Keiichiro, and all the Mews must work there when they're not fighting. The Mews are paid 1,000 yen an hour.

Uniforms

The Mews are required to wear uniforms while working at the café. They're pretty standard maid uniforms with the body of the dress being the Mew's secondary color, and its trim being their main color. Each girl wears a pair of black shoes, white bloomers under their dress, and a white, heart-shaped apron with a large bow tied at the back of it. The coloring of each girl's shoelaces, socks, and the trim of their headbands all depend on their main color scheme as well.

2020 Re-Turn

This section may have spoilers for the recent manga chapters.

In the manga, Berry and Tasuku are now working with the Tokyo Mew Mews at the café. Ryou and Keiichiro still own and operate it, and Ryou in fact invites Quiche, Pie, and Tart to work there as well later on, after they've helped the Mews stop a Chimera Anima on the loose. Other than the staff differences, food, drink, and entertainment services offered at Café Mew Mew remain the same.
The uniforms in the manga are slightly different for the male characters, but pretty much the same as before for the Mews. The men wear butler-esque outfits, with white collard shirts, bowties, vests that vary in color and design (Quiche, for instance, is seen with a striped vest), and dark slacks.

Ensemble Mew Mew

House (EMM)
While not explicitly connected to the original canon, Willow's home was once a café and serves as a slight nod to the original series even though it is not set in the same universe. The home was originally meant to be a functioning café for the Ensemble Mews to work in before the idea was changed.
The location itself is not unlike that of Café Mew Mew: on a hill overlooking the city with two floors and an underground lab. Unlike in Tokyo Mew Mew, the building is not located in a park and is more isolated.
Rather than being cutesy (aside from maybe the colors), the house sports a San Francisco-style and looks more like a home-style, small town café one would find in some cities.

Forever Mew Mew

Even though the series is very different from the original series, the triplets live in a café run by their grandparents and do work there.

Kira Kira Mew Mew

The KIRAKIRA Patisserie is used instead of Café Mew Mew. It is owned by Kirahoshi Ciel and Kirahoshi Rio

Kōkan Gakusei Mew Mew

Café Mew Mew is still owned by Keiichiro Akasaka and but a new scientist is taking over, Yuuna Hasogai, and working on the Kōkan Gakusei Mew Project with the exchange students.

Mythical Mew Mew

Café Étoile Uniform

An example of Café Étoile's uniform.

The original Café Mew Mew was shut down once Tokyo Mew Mew made the decision to disband. The Mythical Mew Mews instead use Café Étoile as their home base, which is run by Yasuko Ginza, the scientist behind the new Mew Project. All but one of the Mews work at the café; as waitresses, or bakers, or cashiers, though they all wear the same uniform. Mikan does not work at the café due to being too young. Much like its predecessor, Café Étoile has a laboratory hidden away in the basement, though it's much less extravagant due to less funding.
Café Étoile is situated near a large, popular park. This location was chosen as the high concentration of natural lifeforms (humans, animals, and plants) would make it a hot-spot for Chimera Anima activity, allowing the Mews to handle threats quickly and have an excuse for why they're constantly in the area before and after fights. The Mews are also able to eavesdrop on rumors about the aliens, their Chimera Animae, and the Mews themselves.

Tokyo Mew Mew: Replaced

The café is still the main HQ for the Mews. However, since the Tokyo Mew Mews are away on an extended leave, the Replacement Mew Team takes over the café duties, as well as superhero duties. The uniforms are also different from the ones the original Mew team wear.
