Cebula is a lanky teenage girl with pale skin that, in combination with her thin frame, makes her look almost sickly. Her pin-straight black hair is short, only reaching the nape of her neck, and her eyes are a shade of pale blue. Cebula is drawn to darker and/or neutral coloured clothing, and prefers outfits that are baggy enough to cover her up and hide her figure.
Her school uniform is a white polo shirt with a striped grey tie, black and grey plaid skirt, and a pair of brown leather shoes with white stockings. It also comes with a light grey sweater that students can wear during cold weather, though Cebula tends to wear it year-round.

As Mew Onion her hair and eyes turn silver and she gains the wings and tail feathers of an albatross. Her outfit is a stomach-revealing silver top with thick straps paired with matching shorts, a pair of knee-high boots, and a pair of elbow-length white gloves.
She also has silver garters on both arms, her left thigh, and a choker around her neck. The tops and bottoms of her garters and chokers are lined with white lace. A gold pendant hangs off her choker, and her Mew Mark, a pair of bird wings and a tail, is on her upper back.

Weapon and Attack |

Cebula's weapon is the Onion Flute, a long, silver, staff-like flute with white keys. A gold bow with a pink heart in the middle is attached to the body of the weapon.
Her attack is Ribbon Onion Sharp, in which a small blade of energy appears on the end of the Onion Flute. She then swings her weapon, causing it to send out blasts of pure white energy.
