Weird weather

The other day New York had it's first Earthquake which was weird because we never had a earthquake before that was 5.9, it originally came from Virgina and it traveled all the way to New York, i was nervous wondering what was going on with the house but thank god nothing broke and there was no damages. However in Virgina they said there was a aftershock but we didnt feel it. Now this weekend we're having a Hurricane from what we heard on the news is going to be dangerous because it's Hurricane Irene, we're already prepared for it but I will try to be online cause they also said it might cause Blackouts which i hope not.
